Teachers are an essential part of the learning process. It is important that teachers remain dedicated to a lifelong learning process in order to impart the highest quality of training to every student.

Visual, auditory, are four main styles of learning. Students may retain more by using any one of these learning styles but may retain more information through a combination of these styles. Increasing the number of learning styles incorporated within each lesson will result in a higher retention and success rate.

A proactive learning environment encourages exploration, creative learning, and an exchange of ideas. It also develops self-esteem, increase knowledge, build problem-solving skills, stimulate curiosity, and instill a sense of accomplishment.

I approach each class with an overview of materials, information to be covered and expected outcomes in the form of objectives. I strongly encourage classroom dialogue through Question and Answer sessions, which allow the students to receive clarity in the subject matter. Critique sessions occur at the end of the class in order to provide each student with feedback from the teacher and peers.
